  • How does VicCleans work?

    VicCleans is a cleaning company that has provided an easy way to book, schedule, and manage all your cleaning appointments online. Our cleaners are insured and bonded, and trained to deliver on VicClean’s 50 Point Checklist.
    Ready to relax? You can book online or call us on 039-8070824. Once you have booked our services, we will send one of our cleaning professionals to make your space sparkle!
  • Does someone need to be present?

    Whether or not you're at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.
    In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a lock-out fee.
  • Is VicCleans insured and bonded?

    Yes, VicCleans is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of when the appointment is completed either by email (contact@viccleans.com) or by phone (03 98 0708 24).
  • Is VicClean pet safe?

    We love animals, but strangers can cause pets anxious. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

    We use and provide environmentally friendly supplies and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment, with a few exceptions such as Toilet brush, Heavy-duty bathroom cleaner, Wood cleaner, Stainless steel cleaner.
    We are happy to use these items, if provided by you, and left out in clear view for our cleaning staff and accompanied by directions on their use.
  • What if I just had renovation work done?

  • How many people are required for office cleaning in VIC?

    Typically, cleaning teams range from 1 to 3 professionals per site. The team works in tandem to vacuum, dust, and sanitize offices properly. With a number of people working at the same office, the task of cleaning is expedited and executed more efficiently.
  • Does the Cleaning team tend to have the same staff members each week?

    To ensure the satisfaction of the customer, the same cleaning staff are issued to the office each week. By maintaining a close report with the workers who clean the office, trust inevitably develops. Additionally, it is beneficial for teams to familiarize themselves in an office by working there multiple times
  • What should I do prior to a cleaning service?

    To guarantee that the office is being cleaned, rather than being tidied, make sure that the area is straightened up prior to a scheduled cleaning service. Team members come for an allotted period of time, and during that duration, you want them to be dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing, rather than straightening up unorganized work areas.
  • Do you clean windows and carpets?

    Upon special request, we can clean both windows and carpets. Scheduling for such requests must be made within one week notice, so that the equipment can be prepared properly.
  • What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service?

    A follow appointment can be made, free of charge, if the quality of the cleaning service did not meet expectations. We aim to please customers with complete satisfaction, and if that was not experienced, our job was incorrectly executed.
  • What kind of products do you use?

    We aim to limit any negative environmental or human health effects in the office setting. By choosing hypoallergenic, environmental friendly products we aim to limit ill effects as much as possible. Abrasive products, such as bleach, chlorine, or ammonia-based solutions are not part of our repertoire of cleaners.
  • Is my office covered against damage of theft?

    We offer insurance for damaged office materials, but suggest that all valuables are locked up, or guarded personally. We hire trustworthy cleaning staff with clear police and/or working with children checks (staff members need to provide WWC card when they are appointed to clean schools or childcare centres), and it is difficult to assume blame of guilt due to theft
  • How do I pay for my cleaning booking?

    We have convinient payment options. We accept: Direct deposit, Cash, PayPal or Cheque as convinient to the clients
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Please make sure that the bookings are cancelled at least 24h prior to the actual booking time. Our customers can cancel their bookings simply by calling our customer care number or sending us an email.
